REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

This policy explains how to request a cancellation, return or refund from HerbalShopLife. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHTS
For most online orders, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after you receive your goods. After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
To cancel, email carmelina.lipari@gmail.com with your name, order number and the products you wish to cancel. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where the law permits this and you were told about the cost before ordering. If you cancel an order, we will refund the cost of standard delivery in accordance with applicable law. We do not have to refund any extra cost you chose to pay for a premium delivery option.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
We will issue any statutory refund within the period required by law. We may wait to refund you until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.
SEALED PRODUCTS
A change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed, where the law allows this. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
HERBALIFE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Some Herbalife products may be covered by a separate satisfaction guarantee, subject to the applicable Herbalife terms and conditions. This guarantee is separate from your statutory rights. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product for information about eligibility and how to make a request.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at carmelina.lipari@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may help us investigate. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
