Welcome to HerbalShopLife. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HerbalShopLife, also identified on this website as HL SHOP UK.
HerbalShopLife is operated by Carmelina Lipari, an independent Herbalife Member. This store is independently operated and is not the official Herbalife website. HerbalShopLife is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform used to operate this online store.
These Terms apply when you visit or use herbalshoplife.com or place an order through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. These Terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please provide accurate and current information and tell us promptly if it changes.
PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to show products and describe them accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings. Product availability, descriptions and specifications may change, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The product price and any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other costs will be shown before you submit your order. The amount shown at checkout is the amount payable for that order.
Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed. Payment methods available for your order will be shown during checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you select.
If a product or price is affected by an obvious error, we will contact you before processing the order. If we cannot agree a corrected order with you, we will cancel it and refund any payment received for it.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Placing an order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. We will send an order confirmation when we receive it. We may contact you if we cannot accept or fulfil the order, for example because an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, or an obvious listing error needs to be corrected. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid for that order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If your order is delayed, missing, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us using the details at the end of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms or our Shipping Policy limits your statutory rights.

The website and its content, including text, images, graphics, logos, design and other materials, are owned by or licensed to HerbalShopLife or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and browsing. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use website content for commercial purposes without the relevant rights holder’s written permission.
HerbalShopLife, HL SHOP UK and other names or marks shown on the website may belong to their respective owners. Herbalife and related marks belong to their respective rights holders. Their appearance on this website does not mean that HerbalShopLife is the official Herbalife website.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services through this store. Your purchase is made from HerbalShopLife, not Shopify. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for the sale between you and HerbalShopLife. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet the requirements of applicable law.
