SHIPPING POLICY

HerbalShopLife serves customers in the United Kingdom. The delivery destinations and options available for each order are shown at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Orders are normally delivered within 1–3 working days. Delivery estimates may vary due to the destination, carrier, public holidays, stock availability or circumstances outside our control. Please check the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS

Products marked “Free Shipping” on their product page qualify for free UK delivery.

Free Express UK delivery is available on eligible orders of £79 or more. Any other delivery charges and available delivery services are displayed at checkout before payment.

If an order contains products with different delivery terms, the final delivery options and charges shown at checkout apply.

FULFILMENT AND TRACKING

Orders are fulfilled through the applicable UK product distribution service. Tracking details will be provided where available after dispatch.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error; we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If an order is delayed, appears to be missing, or arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us investigate.
